Kennedy Middle School
Science Olympiad Team
We are all alumni and mentors of the Science Olympiad team of Kennedy Middle School. Our team has been 1st place in Santa Clara County, Northern California, and the National Science Olympiad competitions, and have been recognized by the Cupertino Union School District. Many of us have moved on to high school and to college soon, but we still want to contribute to advancing STEM in our community.
OUR MISSION
STEMBoost is a 501c non-profit organization founded by a group of STEM savvy high school students to better educate elementary and middle school students in the field of STEM so that they can gain a better understanding of the field and perhaps even seek a career in STEM. STEMBoost continues to support the Kennedy Science Olympiad team to ensure performance from year to year and maintain continuity between teams by assembling materials, knowledge, and experience for the Kennedy Science Olympiad teams. STEMBoost also fundraise for both the Kennedy Science Olympiad team activities as well as STEMBoost activities to enhance STEM interests in younger students.
